The opportunity
We're seeking a digitally fluent and human-centred
Leadership Development Products and Services Lead
to join our global leadership development team. In this role, you'll play a key part in enabling consistent, high-impact leadership development experiences that will be delivered across our diverse regions. By partnering closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure that all content created by our global team is consistent and accessible. Leveraging design thinking and inclusive practices, you'll design and deliver playbooks, toolkits, and step-by-step guides that help regional teams localise, scale, package and deliver enterprise learning content for leaders.

Your new role
You will create thoughtfully crafted playbooks, instructional guides, and communications that are not only easy to navigate but also tailored to resonate with diverse regional audiences. Your work will ensure that leadership experiences are consistent, scalable, and aligned with both global standards and local needs.

  • Design and develop a range toolkits and step-by-step guides that support leadership development professionals across out regions to deliver centrally developed impactful learning experiences.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all communications and instructional assets to reinforce a unified leadership development identity.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure all materials are contextually relevant, culturally attuned, and aligned with regional business needs.
  • Apply design thinking and human-centred design principles to the creation and delivery of content, ensuring it is engaging, inclusive, and accessible.
  • Continuously enhance learning products by incorporating feedback, monitoring usage, and adapting to evolving organisational priorities.
  • Lead the evaluation and measurement of global leadership development experiences, synthesising data and insights to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Oversee the administration of global leadership assessments, ensuring smooth execution, accurate reporting, and alignment with broader capability strategies.

About You
To be successful you will bring strong instructional design skills with a focus on adult learning and leadership development. Known for simplifying complex ideas, you create clear, user-friendly content and collaborate effectively across teams and regions.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with expertise in visual storytelling, template creation, and graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Final Cut Pro to produce engaging instructional content.
  • Experienced in managing instructional assets through platforms like SharePoint and Confluence, ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and branding.
  • Skilled in plain language writing and instructional editing, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Miro, and other collaborative tools.
  • Capable of managing leadership assessment administration, data collection, and performance measurement to drive ongoing refinement of learning experiences.
