We are looking for a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant to support individuals and teams with leadership and mindset resources and events. This is a remote role with flexible hours, suitable for independent professionals who enjoy self-management and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with individuals interested in leadership and personal growth programs
  • Share resources, tools, and insights to support development
  • Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions (live or recorded)
  • Contribute ideas to enhance team and client experiences
  • Continue developing leadership and mindset skills


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-manage and organise tasks remotely
  • Positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Interest in leadership, mindset, or personal development
  • Previous experience in consulting, education, training, or personal development (preferred but not required)
