**Company Overview**:
Our client is a Tier 1 leading commercial real estate company dedicated to shaping a sustainable future through innovative solutions. As part of our commitment to advancing electric vehicle (EV) adoption in New South Wales, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of projects, from initial planning and design to implementation and ongoing support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment at strategic locations across New South Wales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and petrol station owners to identify suitable locations for EV charging installations.
- Coordinate site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to determine project viability.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure necessary equipment and services for project execution.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management, on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct site inspections and performance evaluations post-installation to assess system functionality and address any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project coordination or management, preferably within the energy or automotive industry.
- Advanced Excel and contract Administration
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of EV charging technologies, standards, and regulations.
- Experience working with petrol stations or in the retail fuel sector is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
