Our Client is seeking Customer Service Officers to join their organisation. This role sits within a busy customer service team who pride themselves on their strong company culture and their high level of service that they provide to customers.

Our client based in Ingleburn requires the skills of a reliable and experience Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic and busy team.

Our Client is seeking Customer Service Officers to join their organisation. This role sits within a busy customer service team who pride themselves on their strong company culture and their high level of service that they provide to customers.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Managing phone queries
- Assist customers with up-to-date product knowledge
- Ensure customer enquiries are actioned in a timely manner
- Data entry and running of reports
- Building long term relationships with internal, external stakeholders and customers
- Adhoc administrative tasks when requested

**What you will bring**:

- Microsoft Dynamics and logistics experience an advantage
- Experience in a high-volume call centre environment
- Accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
