Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their organisation based in Padstow.
Our Client is seeking Customer Service Officers to join their organisation based in Padstow. This role sits within a busy customer service team who pride themselves on their strong company culture and their high level of service that they provide to customers within the bedding manufacturing industry.
**Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Take high volume inbound calls
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
- Understanding customer's sales history and proactively identifying requirements
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
**You will have the following**:
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Experience in a high-volume call centre environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Clear communication is essential
- Proactively resolving issues and ensuring effective communication
- Accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
