Sarina Russo Group has been a leader in the Education, Training and Employment industry for over 43 years. We are seeking a customer service focused person to join our fast paced team as a Level 1/2 Service Desk Support based in Brisbane CBD on a full time basis.

We are looking for a

**The Job**:

- Provide support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies.
- Actively support and maintain a wide range of software technologies and hardware assets
- Actively monitor a helpdesk queue and participate in resolving requests and faults
- Identify, troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise
- Communicate and collaborate with network and projects team members on problems and new processes
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal documentation
- At least 2 years Experience within a similar role
- Degree or equivalent relevant to the role (computer science or related fields highly regarded)
- Current drivers licence
- Ability to cope with pressure, changes to planned work schedules and greater challenges due to fluctuating organisational demands
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Windows OS Environment
- Active Directory Knowledge
- Outlook 2010 / 2016 knowledge
