**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Graduate People Experience (PX) Coordinator to join the People Experience Business Partnering team. The role will provide an opportunity to develop with coaching from the broader PX Business Partnering (PXBP) team to provide day-to-day generalist advice and operational human resources management support (such as Employment relations, Performance, Change Management, Wellbeing, PX documentation & Technology), throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle.

**What you'll do as a Graduate PX Coordinator**:

- With coaching, provide support & advice to people managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Develop & maintain PX policies
- Assist in development and roll-out of PX initiatives
- Assist with new employee inductions
- Ensure high quality administration and data integrity
- Assist or lead PXBP team projects

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- A recently completed university degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law or similar discipline
- You are high performing, demonstrated by a credit average grade
- Previous work experience or internship in human resources an advantage
- Genuine interest in people, performance, and wellbeing and a career in human resources
- You are highly motivated and able to work autonomously
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A great sense of humour
