About the Role

As a Graduate – Program Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering high impact programs across a diverse client base.

This role suits someone who loves organisation, problem solving and being part of a highly capable and motivated team. You'll gain hands on experience in program operations, stakeholder management and client delivery, with clear opportunities for growth and development.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate program delivery, including scheduling, communication, documentation and stakeholder support
  • Prepare and maintain reports, data, presentations and client materials
  • Support meetings across Melbourne, London and the Middle East – including agendas, minutes, actions and follow-ups
  • Track milestones, engagement and risks, identifying opportunities for operational improvement
  • Assist with research and insights to strengthen program design and delivery
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders and business development materials as needed
  • Provide general administration and executive support to senior leadership
What You'll Bring
  • A recent degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Education, Communications, Commerce, Management or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Teams essential
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Adaptability, composure and professionalism in fast-paced environments
  • Experience through internships, university leadership or client-facing roles is highly regarded
  • Above all intelligence, curiosity, initiative and a genuine drive to contribute
