Who are you?

As the People Experience Programs Specialist, you'll report to the CPO and play a hands-on role in keeping PX programs running smoothly across the business. You'll be coordinating reward and recognition programs, rolling out engagement surveys, supporting volunteering initiatives, and helping to embed new ways of working into the employee lifecycle. You'll also have the chance to get involved in HRIS projects and system improvements, giving you exposure to broader people technology.

It's a great role for someone around HR or OD Advisor level looking for a step up, who enjoys variety: part day-to-day coordination, part project support, and part relationship-building across the PX team and the business.

Day to day

  • Administer reward & recognition programs, ensuring consistency and strong uptake across the business.
  • Manage end-to-end employee engagement surveys (using Qualtrics) - from setup and comms to reporting insights back to leaders.
  • Support HRIS implementation projects, including testing, demos and gathering user feedback.
  • Coordinate volunteering initiatives and other employee experience programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Learning & Leadership, and other PX team members to deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture.
