We are currently assisting our client in their search for an internal Account Manager. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a well established organization, in a small team of 6-8 existing internal Account Managers, in a modern environment and supportive but customer focused culture. The company supplies innovative, and superior quality products nationally.

**The role**
As the Internal Account Manager your role will be to manage relationships with existing customers and Distributors, ensuring incoming orders are processed, coordinated and delivered in the line with customers expectation. You will also deal with new incoming orders and quote new customers accordingly.

**Duties include**:

- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Incoming calls from new customers
- Outgoing calls to existing customers
- Managing the order process from start to finish and ensuring the customers order will be ready on time
- keeping the client informed
- Quoting customers
- Managing the order details and ensuring the system is up to date with all relevant information

**Successful applicants**
We are looking for people with the following:

- Previous Internal Account Management experience
- Proven track record processing orders
- Previous experience taking detailed orders & quoting clients
- A flexible attitude to work
- The ability to multi tasks and juggle deadlines
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good computer skills
