**About the Role**:
The Sales Coordinator’s key responsibility is to support sales representatives in both pre and post sales capacities.
- Administrative support to sales management and sales team.
- Manage bookings, material instructions, campaign implementation, campaign tracking and post campaign reporting.
- Manage data entry, database management and maintenance of all sales related data into internal systems.
- Preparation of presentations, proposals and creative briefs for the sales team and sales management.
- Delivery a high level of client service at all times.
- Create, generate and maintain all forms of sales data.
- Reporting - compiling monthly, quarterly & ad hoc updates as required.

**About you**:

- Intermediate skills in MS Office.
- This role is perfect if you're just starting out or have recently graduated.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience in an Administration or a Media role is a BONUS
