**About the role**:
Working as a Sales Coordinator in the Sales & Distribution team, reporting to the Logistic and Site supervisor and working alongside the Sales team and Brisbane based teams. You will provide sales, administration and logistics support to the business operating on the east coast of Australia and the relevant export markets.

**Your duties will include**:

- Process sales and quotations for all clients liaising with client purchasing departments, logistic operations, and internal staff as necessary to complete the tasks.
- Ensuring of sales and quotations are to be processed in a timely manner and are met to the clients' deadlines.
- Ensure assigned stock points are properly maintained with regard to material availability and inventory accuracy via stock transfers/purchases/invoicing and other processes as may be appropriate.
- Develop as necessary operational procedures to meet needs as they occur.
- Reporting and general assistance as necessary.
- Review of uncompleted sales orders/quotations and take the appropriate action to expedite, on a daily basis.
Process sales and quotations for all clients liaising with client purchasing departments, logistics operators and internal staff as necessary to complete these tasks.

**About the individual**:

- A high level of attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel and Word with the ability to analyse information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing market demands which require development of new processes/procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, when required.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role, required.
- Experience with pronto, highly desirable.
