Our client is a national industrial manufacturing company with an immediate requirement for an Office Coordinator to oversee the office and lead the customer service team.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Director, the Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting, organising and coordinating office operations and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely internal and external stakeholders to provide admin support and to facilitate problem resolution.
- Handle administration and prepare documents/reports as required.
- Manage and delegate enquiries, manage team meetings and review process improvements
- Oversee local freight delivery processes, raise POs and sales orders, oversee all sales order fulfilment
- Assist with HR and new employee induction/on-boarding
- Ad hoc duties as directed
**Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar role within an office environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
