Personal Assistant/Events Manager, immediate start, temporary to permanent opportunity.

Our client is focused on the acquisition and development of early stage franchised businesses as both a franchisor and master franchisee. As a result of their future growth strategies, an exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Personal Assistant/Events Manager to join their office located in Maroochydore.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all administration functions are managed effectively. You will be responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer with day-to-day support. Key duties could involve:

- Book appropriate travel arrangements for relevant staff
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, duties could include diary management, scheduling of appointments and management of meeting room allocations
- Coordination of events including annual conferences & related functions
- Provide communication support to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Office administration support including ad-hoc administration duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- You must have high attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and have the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Industry exposure to Residential Construction would be highly desirable
- You must have proficient computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office packages. Knowledge of G-Suites would be highly desirable.
- High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills are essential for this opportunity.

**What you'll get in return**
A generous and competitive hourly rate is on offer commensurate with experience while working within a dynamic environment. This exciting opportunity is initially a temporary contract with the view the role will move into a permanent opportunity after 3 months tenure. Seeking an immediate start prior to Christmas. Full-time salary on offer is $65,000 + Super which will be dependent on experience.
