**About the role**:
Our business team is engaging, fast-paced and constantly evolving. We have an exciting sales opportunity for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our NSW B2B team. This role will continue to grow our customer base through new customer acquisitions. We are committed to building sustainable customer relationships by clearly identifying new customers and being able to confidently articulate the benefits of our offering and have the capability to provide tailored solutions to support our customers.

**About you**:
Key skills and experience:

- Proven experience in generating your own leads and managing a successful territory
- Previous B2B sales experience is key
- Confident communication skills with experience in cold calling
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Resilience, composure and a flexible approach to change
- Excellent time management skills and a great attention to detail
- Ability to plan strategically and deliver results
- Sound business acumen and the ability to make commercially viable business decisions
- Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word and SalesForce is essential
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
