**DELIVERY LEAD**

**Position Purpose**

The role of Delivery Lead covers a wide variety of activity from the day-to-day

client-facing engagement through to the execution of projects and delivery from idea to operations. The position focuses on IntegrationWorks delivering excellent service

to our clients always. The ability to network and build strong relationships is essential, as is the ability to grow the account. As a supplier of technical services, we are growing quickly and this is an exciting time to join a fast-paced small company.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**General Project Management**
- Planning & Scoping of Projects
- Project Team Leadership
- Relationship Management
- Resourcing of Projects
- Ensuring Quality of Delivery
- Estimating of Effort
- Risk & Issue Management
- Problem Management
- Finance & Project Administration

**Client Management**
- Manage the client relationship at the project and assigned account level
- Manage client expectations in all terms including costs, timelines and scope
- Ensure signoff and customer commitment to proceed
- Build agreed work schedule/pipeline with clients
- Identify new opportunities with clients

**Other**
- Develop & continually evolve our Project Management Approach
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Coach/Mentor juniors in Project delivery as/when required.
- Any other reasonable request from the Delivery Manager or other Senior Manager

**Person Specifications**
- Ability to operate within agreed budget and timeframes.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering in complex/technical environments.
- Demonstrable track record in growing accounts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations
- To be flexible in approach, with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 toolset
- Proven expertise in planning and delivering service to clients.

**Salary**: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
