- I would like to share with you my journey here at Sands. I started in a temporary entry level administration position. I have worked in pickups, receivals, data entry and the POD department. This allowed me to gain valuable skills and insight into how the transport industry works. I am now a full-time permanent member of the Sands team and have been promoted to the role of Customer Service Representative._

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for a casual receptionist/administrator to join our Forrestfield team working **8.30am to 5.00pm. **This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn about the transport industry because you will be assisting almost every department by,
- Managing the reception area
- answering and directing call
- Greeting of Visitors
- Administration duties as required

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

The successful applicant will be motivated, bright, organised, and have the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Additionally, it will be beneficial if you have,
- Geographical knowledge of Western Australia areas and towns
- Experience in the transport industry
- Experience in a receptionist /administrative role
- Professional, reliable, well presented, and friendly demeanour
- High standard of verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
