**About the Role**

TCWA are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our supportive Forrestfield dealership working 2 days a week Monday and Tuesday 8am to 5pm. This key role will require someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and can provide administrative support while building strong relationships and enhancing TCWA’s professional image with key stakeholders.

This autonomous position will see you responsible for, but not limited to:

- Provide support to the sales admin team by assisting in the co-ordination of the new truck sales from order to delivery.
- Completing the licensing and paperwork of vehicles.
- Maintain a high standard of the front reception area.
- Weekly Sales reports
- Customer follow ups by phone and SMS
- Create service coupons for customers
- Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports.
- Administer and maintain company customer records.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager.

- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Current Driver's License & reliable vehicle.
