**The Opportunity**
Sands Fridge Lines are seeking Administrations specialists to work within our Metro Debrief and POD teams and to lend assistance in other areas of the business. This role will suit someone with an extreme eye for detail and able to work across several departments on multiple work pieces consecutively and concurrently. We are looking for Driven and excellent administration minds to improve the efficiency and processes within what we do. **Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Debrief metropolitan and country drivers
- Reconciliation of PODs and trips to FMS
- Management and arrangement of documentation concerning loads.
- Costing allocation and discrepancy reporting
- Provide administrative support to metropolitan and country operations as required.
- Liaise with drivers, supervisors, dock staff and operation teams as required.
- Receive metro drivers delivery paperwork
- Check bags to ensure all paperwork is completed, signed and returned
- Pallet documentation is completed, signed and returned
- Check for missing information - ask drivers for missing information
- Respond to enquiries from internal customers/other departments
- Sort PODs for customers to sign and return to Sands
- Give made up PODs back to data entry to be put in corresponding bags for drivers
- Chase up PODs that have not been returned.
- Sort PODs for Invoicing, Enter PODs into Abecas, Scan returns paperwork into Abecas and file
- Adhoc Duties across other departments where required
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Proficient Computer Literacy and Office Suite Skills (excel, word, outlook) etc.
- Extremely high functional attention to detail
- Ability to pass Medical and Drug and Alcohol screenings
- Current driving licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
- The right to work in Australia
