**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity available in our HR team Based in Forrestfield Reporting to the HR manager this role is an integral role in the business, with a variety of scope in everyday Personnel matters, incidents and operational requirements - there truly is no 2 days the same Along with the HR manager, this position will see you working closely with our leadership team and their operators in a HR support capacity. The successful applicant will be supported by an experienced HR Manager to provide assistance and on areas such as recruitment, Industrial instruments, training and employee relations to name a few.

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Assisting with HR/IR matters such as, performance management, absenteeism management, discipline and grievance resolution
- HR administration including preparation of contracts, discipline / performance letters
- Maintenance of HR systems (HRIS)
- Supporting injury management processes in the event they occur
- Reviewing existing policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate personnel files/records.
