**Your new company**
You will be joining the largest defence contractor in Australia, a company who provides the most advanced, technology-led defence security.

**Your new role**
The Accounts Payable (AP) team is responsible for providing high quality service throughout the purchase to pay process.
- Ensure that all payments are prepared, created and approved before the cut off time.
- Ensure that all suppliers are created, checked and approved as per APA processes and policies.
- Provide support and advice to all stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure credit card transactions are compliant with APA processes and policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within an Accounts payable or Finance Department.
- Competency in accounting software
- Exposure to a high volume Accounts Payable environment.
- Ability to work autonomously on problem solving issues as they arise without Supervisory assistance.
