We're on the look out for a Client Relationship Officer to join our Adelaide team and help give our clients every chance of success.

This would be the ideal role for someone who has experience in accounts receivable and administration, is customer service orientated and is looking for a change.

Our Purpose

We are on a big journey at ScotPac pushing the boundaries of SME lending. We started our journey over 30 years ago with a very relationship focused approach helping the SME market with their cashflow requirements. Customer relationships remains in our DNA.

We want to make it even easier for businesses to obtain the finances that they need to thrive and grow in today’s marketplace with disruptive experiences and products.

How you'll make an impact:
In this role, you will use you’re your passion for customer service excellence and administrative and finance skills to support the Client Relationship team in delivering the best possible service to our clients.

What you'll do:

- Allocate payments effectively and efficiently
- Conduct accurate verification calls to perform due diligence on client’s debtor accounts to support our lending
- Monitor risk by detecting and rectifying potential client breaches of policy
- Be a part of the lending process and carry out risk assessments

What you’ll bring with you:

- A passion for customer service excellence
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable or credit control preferred
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
