Finance Officer

Right now, we are looking for a _Full Time Finance Officer _to join our Finance Team.

**So, what does the role look like?**

You will be working with several different data sources and revenue streams. Microsoft Excel will definitely become your new best friend. You must have the ability to "think on your feet" and have proven problem solving skills. You will have your primary responsibilities of reviewing, processing and reconciling revenue which will take up a large portion of your time, but the role will be open to change as other duties are identified and additional opportunities arise. I can't list off all of the additional day to day duties as the role is quite fluid, but what I can tell you is what the role won't look like. This is not your regular Finance Officer role. You won't be assisting with payroll, accounts payable or accounts receivable as we have an amazing team who specialises in those areas already.

**What you will look like?**

You will love investigating and solving problems and you are always the first person to solve the brain teaser questions at a quiz night. You will be the type of person that finds solutions to problems before reporting the find to your team leader and if the root cause can't be identified, you will be able to effectively communicate what the problem is and what steps you've taken to try and resolve it. You will have to use initiative to step up when required and you won't be afraid to admit that you don't understand something. If you have ever had the opportunity to step up and take on more managerial/supervisor responsibilities in your previous roles, then this is ideal
