The Role

This temporary Finance officer role will provide general financial support to the team and attend to payroll administration duties.

Responsibilities are but not limited to
- Allocate payments and receipts in MYOB to correct general ledger account and job codes.
- Reconcile bank statements in MYOB
- Monitor and update cash flow forecasts ensuring sufficient funds available for payment.
- Timely processing and payment of accounts payable invoices, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Provide general office support including stationery orders, travel bookings and staff reimbursements.

About You
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll or general accounting environment.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all data entered is accurate.
