As a result of our ongoing growth, we're now looking for a Junior Digital Content Specialist to join our specialist Trendfm team in Melbourne.

**The Role**:
Working in the TikTok arm of Australia’s leading digital marketing agency, you will be working with some of Australia’s leading e-commerce brands to help them stand out on TikTok with UGC. From coming up with video strategies to shining in front of the camera - we’re looking for a master of the ‘For You’ feed who is always on the pulse of new trends.

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will conceptualise and produce bespoke TIkTok content. As well as capturing content yourself, you will also develop & nurture strong relationships with our database of freelance content creators and matching them to aligned brands and video briefs. You will be working across a range of well established brands in FMCG, Beauty, Education, Health & Wellness and Technology. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the planning, creation, and implementation of branded TikTok video content, both paid and organic, for client partners.
- Developing an on-brand content strategy for our client partners on TikTok, as aligned with a master brand platform and social media strategy.
- Ideating on-brand TikTok video content; developing scripts and concepts to be captured, as aligned with the brand's TikTok strategy.
- Organising TikTok shoots, including the organisation of external creators and location, with the support of other agency staff.
- Capturing TikTok content both in-app and on iPhone. Editing content on Capcut, Splice, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Meeting with client partners / brand representatives to discuss and explain our TikTok strategy as part of their broader marketing approach.
- Developing performance reports to share internally and with our client partners to shape future optimisation of content.

**About you**:

- Experience creating engaging video content that ‘stops the scroll’.
- An understanding of TikTok, the TikTok community and the ‘For You’ algorithm.
- High proficiency in video editing using Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A curious, creative mind ready to contribute scroll stopping TikTok and video ideas.
- Confidence to lead video shoots and capture video content with short production timelines.
- A passion for creativity, coming up with new visual concepts and ideas.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clients.
- Previous experience creating social media content for brands - previous agency experience viewed favourably.
- Previous experience in a marketing/social media role OR a university degree in media/marketing/communications.
