This is your chance to work at a high-profile gambling company and flex your e-Commerce muscles in a fun, creative and rewarding environment. You'll work in a fast-paced and fun office in either Melbourne or Brisbane (your choice) on well-financed and exciting campaigns.

In this role, you'll be a key player executing on-site and in-app promotional activities aimed at driving conversion and digital sales. You'll work closely with the Brand, Marketing and UX teams to deliver business objectives.

You will find ways to increase engagement with company products and drive towards best-in-class outcomes. You will actively engage with clients to support the company's evolving retail environment.

This is a rare (permanent) opportunity for a junior-mid level digital marketer (e-Commerce specialist) to learn and grow at a great company that rewards effort and prioritises employee satisfaction.

**Deliverables**:

- Ensure digital channels are compliant with regulations across all the company's jurisdictions
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of on-site and in-app campaigns
- Provide internal support for regular updates of digital content
- Coordinate minor web and mobile enhancements
- Provide high level support to development teams for content updates linked to major project releases
- Achieve digital sales objectives through defined digital strategy, roadmap planning and coordination with the Product, eCommerce, Marketing and Technology teams

- Professional approach with a can-do mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop strong relationships
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be highly regarded
- Strong experience with platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud or Salesforce
- Strong experience with Content Management systems (Prismic, Sitecore, Wordpress and Adobe Experience Manager preferred
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Good Analytics
- Understanding of web and mobile development and processes
