As our Digital Content Specialist, you'll develop compelling content that engages our ideal customers through digital channels, boosts SEO, and fuels growth. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our messaging resonates with the right audience. This role is open to either Melbourne or Sydney.

**As our Digital Content Specialist, you will**:

- Serve as the go-to content expert, crafting and executing content deliverables to support multiple facets of Plexus’ fast-growing technology and team.
- Develop top-of-funnel lead generation assets like e-books, whitepapers, and videos to drive engagement on LinkedIn and other key channels.
- Collaborate with the customer team on case study development, including interviewing customers and writing compelling narratives.
- Execute 10+ monthly SEO content deliverables.
- Manage product GTM and release communications.
- Support social and digital content calendars and engagement tactics.
- To engage and educate our target audience, continuously experiment with new formats, such as interactive content, video, explainers, and podcasts.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize SEO and high-volume content while maintaining a human storytelling touch.

**About you**:

- A talented storyteller who can craft compelling content from scratch and adapt messaging for different ICPs and buyers.
- A big thinker and self-starter who can take initiative, generate ideas, and execute efficiently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies.
