**Your new company**
An Australian based organisation passionate about the sports and racing industry. They are continuously growing and expanding with plans to enter the international market in technology and online wagering.

Due to the rapid success and growth of their business, they are looking for a Content and Social Specialist to increase their social media presence

**Your new role**
- Be responsible for brand health and recognition across social media and owned channels
- Build and leverage effective communication across Social media campaigns
- End-to-end management and campaign delivery for social media, video content, and video streaming channels
- Liaise with agency partners to ensure social strategies are executed and analysed appropriately.
- Lead the production of social copy and content, and own content planning and scheduling
- Management of content curation, copyright, photo and video shoots to ensure brand message is fresh and cohesive.
- Ongoing campaign optimisation

**What you’ll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have
- 3+ years experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Proficiency in posting, curating, moderating, scheduling, and analysing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Solid understanding of data analytics and analytical software
- Prior experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress preferable)
- Experience across SEO performance
- A passion for creativity, and an ability to build brand equity through social initiatives.
- Understanding and passion for the Australian sporting and racing industry
