Overview

The department is looking for a hands-on Iteration Manager/ Scrum Master to setup an agile structure to develop, test and deliver. The Iteration Manager provides sound, technical and professional advice to the project team to create product backlog, sprint backlog, Scrum ceremonies and conduct the sprint by the Agile Manifesto.

**Responsibilities**
- Accountable to create the Agile board and create product backlog, sprint backlog.
- Creates epics, stories and releases.
- Accountable to run the agile ceremonies which includes but not limited to Product backlog creation, Product backlog grooming, Sprint planning, User story estimation, Sprint review and Sprint retrospective.
- Accountable to maintain JIRA and reports.
- Responsible to identify impediments.
- Responsible to facilitate the project team and the rest of stakeholder.
- Servant-leadership all through the lifecycle.
- Highlights risks to the Agile Delivery Manager.
- Create the structure of scrum ceremonies and conducts the cadence.

**Skills - desirable**:

- Demonstrated experience in conducting sprint planning, sprint. grooming, sprint reviews and sprint retrospective.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating within the team and across the teams.
- Demonstrated experience in JIRA and Confluence tools - look forward to expert level of tool handling.
- Demonstrated experience working in scrum framework.
- Sound knowledge of scrum analytics and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of handing multiple stakeholders in any given time.
- Demonstrated experience in driving delivery to a timeline.
- PMI-ACP or CSM certification would be appreciated.

**Experience**
- 7 years of experience in Scrum Master or Iteration Manager capacity.
- Focused delivery experience in implementation phase of the project.
- Experience with iterative delivery (Scrum framework).
- Demonstrated experience working with quality team to fix the defects and deploy in appropriate environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with CI/CD engineer.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile framework reporting to the Iteration Manager and ITPM.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with constant change in a more than satisfactory manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge with JIRA/Confluence for documentation purposes.
