This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Scrum Master to join a top ASX-listed media and publishing company. You will be joining the data platform project and responsible for 2-3 squads working in the consumer space. Strong agile background and ability to work with a technical team of Business analysts, engineers and a product owner. Must be willing to work in the Surry Hills-based office 3 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide teams in the Agile methodology
- Build and coach on agile mindsets and behaviours in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the team
- Coaching the team in self-organisation and cross-functionality, ensuring that the team is prioritised over the individual
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Working with the Product Owner to set up and establish new agile teams

**About you**
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with data-focused projects (ideally google cloud)
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master
- Can constructively challenge the status quo to enable positive change and enjoy working in a changing environment
- Must be able to work with immaturity i.e. colleagues who are new to Agile and Scrum
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Have a practical mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
