We are currently working with a well-recognised organisation who are delivering a finance ERP program. The Scrum Master role will be using the servant/leadership approach to facilitate agile ceremonies, manage to report and track/improve delivery. The team will be made of 8-10 with a designated BA, plus a mixture of QA, and Developers, delivering using the Scrum agile framework and working closely with the program delivery team.
As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating agile ceremonies - stand-ups, retro's, burndowns, etc
- Measure, Track & Report using Jira/Confluence
- Drive improvement and capability uplift throughout the team and occasionally into the business.
- Work closely with release management and work through monthly to 6 weekly release cycles.
About you:
- 5+ years experience working as a scrum master.
- Strong facilitation skills with a great servant/leader approach to team management and uplifting capability.
- Excellent reporting capabilities and knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
- A passion for agile and building high-performing teams.
