**The Role & Team**
- We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a talented and passionate Instructional Learning Designer to join our award-winning team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll leverage your strong writing skills to translate business needs into engaging and effective learning experiences.

**What we are looking for**
- A skilled writer, who can translate business needs or requirements into an effective piece of learning
- A background in L&D instructional design, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
- Proven ability to design learning materials, tools and assessments using a blend of methods and mediums
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst delivering high quality work
- Previous experience designing and delivering learning materials in a retail or similar environment is highly desirable
