**Your role**:
We need an excellent Instructional Designer for delivering targeted learning solutions to support change management activities and the safe landing of a merger.

Success in this role will see you utilise your innate ability to partner with your internal stakeholders and leverage your design skills to build engaging and fit-for-purpose learning solutions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Partner with Change Leads, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to understand the change impacts and required learning support.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to clearly define the need, target audience and preferred delivery methods.
- Lead the design and development of fit-for-purpose learning experiences and content to support change management activities. This may include in-person, virtual and digital solutions, for example simulations, quick reference guides, artefacts on the knowledge management system.

**Experience, capability, and qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in instructional design (f2f, virtual and digital).
- Proven experience managing the learning lifecycle from training needs analysis, content development, implementation & delivery, and evaluation
- Exceptional consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience creating digital resources such as online modules and videos as well as experience with online platforms such as Articulate Rise, Vyond, Oracle, SharePoint and Yammer
- Pragmatic and logical in approach and decision making
- Results focussed and outcome driven
