**The role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in training users on the new system
- Design end user manual table of contents with stakeholder consultation
- Leverage existing guidance material e.g. quick reference guides and procedures to inform manual content development
- Create a documentation delivery plan, with timeline and milestones aligned to business requirements
- Build manual content using advanced instructional design capability

**Key Skills**
- Strong experience as an Instructional Designer/Trainer
- Strong experience training users on new systems
- Demonstrated experience in developing quick reference guides leveraging an agreed template.
- Experience in the use of tools to develop and deliver content, (captivate, Visio, power point, word and browser-based technologies).
- Experience working on a large system implementation projects will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
