Are you passionate about turning complex technology into clear, engaging learning experiences? We're looking for an Instructional Designer (Technology Enablement
)
to help drive user adoption and capability uplift across multiple new system rollouts.

In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and project leaders to design and deliver blended learning solutions—from eLearning and quick guides to workshops and virtual training—that enable our people to embrace new technologies with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing engaging training programs and learning assets (eLearning, guides, videos, workshops) tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Translating complex technical content into easy-to-understand learning resources.
  • Supporting change initiatives with clear and consistent communication to build awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Facilitating training sessions and building scalable, self-paced learning opportunities.
  • Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness, recommending improvements where needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, ideally in technology/system implementation contexts.
  • Skilled in blended learning design (digital and facilitator-led), with experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of change communication and its role in user adoption.
  • Confident communicator—able to make the technical simple.
  • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced project environments.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE) – essential
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci or similar) – highly regarded
  • Diploma of Training & Assessment – highly regarded
