**About the role**

**Duties**
- Develop and manage clinicians’ diaries effectively and efficiently to ensure that the workforce is aware of participants goals and outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient workflow
- Be able to prioritise workload, think laterally and complete all work with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation
- Respond to roster inquiries, participant inquiries including cancellations and rescheduling
- Consulting with workforce and participants in respect to roster changes via all communication channels
- Assisting in continuous improvement project work, ensuring Gen Physio’s Core Values & Vision are upheld
- Through efficient, consistent, and professional work, be an outstanding role model for other team members

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have thorough understanding of NDIS/HCP/Workcover/Chronic Disease Management Plans
- Experience of scheduling and rostering staff in a high volume, variable, and fast paced work environment
- Experience of managing and supporting direct care staff within the NDIS framework
- Knowledge of NDIS & NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commissions Policies & procedures
- Advanced knowledge of rostering software and a high level of computer literacy within MS Office and CRM platforms
- Be able to communicate clearly and fluidly with external and internal customers through various communication channels

This role will be based in our Gold Coast head Office, as it is not a community-based role there are no restrictions in respect to Covid vaccinations
