This is a fulltime office based role working from our Kunda Park Head Office reporting to the Operations & Warehouse Manager. The purpose of this role is to schedule and dispatch orders, provide delivery quotes and administer company inventory

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Daily booking of national deliveries with various transport carriers
- Coordinate local delivery schedule.
- Liase direct with customers, warehouse team and sales team to manage delivery schedule
- Provide delivery quotes to sales team
- Claiming damages incurred in transit
- Assist with inventory management
- Administer and document Operations processes.
- Produce Operational Reports

Job is Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

About You
- Enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to learn and retain product information and internal processes
- Excellent and attention to detail and process driven
- Meet attendance requirements and work without constant supervision
- Be well presented and reliable with honest work ethic
- Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities
- Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude
- Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a bonus
- Appreciate well made beautiful designer furniture

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
