An incredible opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Consumer businesses in Australia, to drive & own Online Trade activity for some of the biggest brands in the Beauty sector.

**The Role**:
Take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & digital merchandising across a portfolio of household-name Beauty, Skincare & Make-Up brands.

Working directly alongside one of the best Digital teams in the industry, learning from the very best & working cross-functionally across an incredible Marketing, Brand, Creative & Merchandise functions, to drive & deliver a best-in-class, omnichannel customer experience.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- A solid, demonstrated eCommerce trading background, managing high-profile platforms and increasing sales and performance
- Indepth knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo & GA4, with strong experience in trade meetings
- Demonstrated track record in increasing YoY performance, online sales, AOV & implementing SEO best practise
- The ability to work cross functionally across Creative, Marketing, Product & Wholesale/Retail, to define a strong brand identity and customer experience
- Expertise in functionality enhancements & building out solid CRO strategies
- Solid experience with managing Digital & Development Agency partnerships, maximising relationships & driving solid ROI
- Prior experience in Consumer Goods, Beauty, Health & Wellness or wider Retail would be very highly regarded
