This successful & growing Commercial Lender offering short & long term funding against property, is looking to further expand their BDM team by bringing in a proven BDM to engage with & drive loans from their Asian broker partners.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Proven Lender BDM (broker portfolio management) experience within the local market
- Be fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin though will also consider Korean, Vietnamese
- Be self managed with strong sales & success drive
- Possess existing Asian brokerrelationships to support portfolio growth whilst building relationships with new brokers provided
- Demonstrate strong engagement & presentation skills
- Hold a can do attitude
- Be hungry with the WANT to build a strong portfolio and be successful
- Be a team player who holds self to account
