This successful & growing Commercial Lender offering short & long term funding against property, is looking to further expand their BDM team by bringing in an emerging BDM to engage with & drive loans from their broker partners.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Proven business Lending sales or credit experience within the local market working with brokers
- Possess strong verbal & written communication skills
- Be self managed with strong sales & success drive
- Demonstrate strong engagement & presentation skills
- Hold a can do attitude
- Be hungry with the WANT to build a strong portfolio and be successful
- Be a team player who holds strong accountability
- Possess strong loan structuring & credit policy working knowledge
- Be tertiary qualified

You will be provided training & support from a great sales leader & existing BDM team to enable you to come up to speed quickly on what is required, being prepared to perform desk based broker management whilst learning before going on external broker meets
