This is an incredible opportunity to work for a specialised property developer that has a solid reputation in the industry, displaying a continued growth trajectory.
This organisation is based in Brisbane with a growing portfolio of projects in both Queensland and NSW. They have been operating for 8 years in a market where competitors are seeing insolvency issues; this investment builder is solid and they have no signs of slowing down.
**The role**:
They are looking for a high performing, hungry and energetic BDM with an extensive network in the industry, ideally with project marketers. You will be expected to come with a “hit the ground running attitude”, an affinity to working autonomously and a drive to gain new business year on year - If you believe in the phrase “sales never sleeps” this job is for you
Utilise your perfected consultative selling technique to build long term relationships whilst having the backing of a high quality product, a great pipeline of opportunities and strong land developer relationships. Not to mention this role is supported by a fantastic sales support team.
You will have close mentorship and training as soon as you start by shadowing the existing BDM at site visits and immersing yourself in the company culture from day 1, meeting all the team and gaining fantastic support from your Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reach and exceed sales targets of 70 sales a year
- Continuously bring in new BDM opportunities and presenting them to partners
- Manage a pipeline of new and existing enquiries
- Extend business in Sydney and surrounding areas in NSW
- Be an Ambassador for the company
- Analyse and evaluate needs in the market, actively seeking to fulfil them
**What they need from you**:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B in residential investment property sales
- Extensive network of project managers
- Performance from day 1
- Strong relationship building and managing skills
- Track record of smashing targets
- Autonomous and go getter attitude, dedication to closing deals is key
**Salary/Benefits**
