This role is responsible for providing technical support to Capral's commercial and residential window and doors fabricator base in NSW. While assisting with setting up / maintaining / managing punch tools throughout the state.

**Key Tasks**

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to:

- develop and maintain relationships with fabricators and network specialists
- identify relevant residential and commercial fabricators working on projects in NSW
- provide product selection, relevant tooling and technical knowledge support
- Monitor competitor activity and to recommend appropriate upgrades / product development concepts for Capral
- provide support to fabricators on estimation and fabrication technically
- Conduct routine visits at all fabricators with Capral tooling to ensure tools are maintained
- provide and deliver training for new customers / fabricator network

**Skills and Experience**
To be considered you will need to have:

- experience in a similar role in the aluminium and / or industrial building products market
- Technical experience and competence to support decision-making (inclusive of Industry Standards and Regulatory knowledge)
- Excellent written and verbal communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence others at various levels
- Well-developed time management skills and the ability to work with a high degree of personal initiative and limited supervision
- Valid Australian drivers’ licence and an ability to travel.

**Desirable**
- Aluminium and glass fabrication experience
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Drafting, specification and / or fabrication background.
