Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood has an immediate requirement for a Technical Administrator to join our Rotating Equipment and Reliability team based in our centrally located Perth office on an initial 12-month contract.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Provide administrative support to management the team leaders and the operational team
- Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Scheduling external training for clients
- Other general admin duties as required
- Organised, enthusiastic about detail and reliable with a demonstrated ability to contribute and take initiatives when identified.
- Positive, professional and collaborative attitude in dealing with internal and external clients
- Able to build strong working relationships with extended team members
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance workload and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated analytical, evaluative and problem-solving expertise and the ability to maintain composure when meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive matters appropriately

Skills / Qualifications:

- 2+ years office administration experience in either project, technical or business environment
- Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office platforms
- Strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
