**Ten Recruitment** is searching for a
**Project Administrator** for our commercial construction and fit-out client to join their large team based in Perth CBD. This position is full-time, permanent and on offer is a generous salary package of $60-$90k, based on experience.

Your duties and skills will include:

- Working closely with office staff and on-site personnel
- Assisting with compiling regular project progress reports
- Meeting organisation and minutes
- Assisting with quality management processes
- Filing and retrieving documents, records and reports
- General assistance to project teams including managing leave calendar and resource tracking records, training and medicals, onboarding and inductions of new project staff
- Experience with document control, ordering and purchase orders
- Basic knowledge of construction and fit-out terminology
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Team player with a professional approach to all duties
- Intermediate with the Microsoft Office packages

**Experience**:

- Construction and/or fit-out experience is desirable
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to develop and deliver small internal projects
- Ability wo work with both team members and sub-contractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced general computing skills, ability to learn new programs
