**About Us**
BGC’s Materials Technology Centre is a centralized NATA accredited technology hub using the latest LIMS software, specialized purpose-built testing equipment and facilities to provide accurate and timely test results.

**The Opportunity**
This role will assist our concrete / field testers in the administration, recording and reporting of concrete technical test data. Based in Hazelmere, you will be part of a tight knit team working in a state of the art laboratory. You will enjoy being hands on, have a high attention to detail and be data-focused.

Your typical day will include:

- Maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Updating, tracking, managing and reporting records
- Liaising with clients queries in a timely manner
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination of work task allocation
- Assisting the accounts team in generating invoices
- Recording safety statistics
- Developing and creating daily and weekly testing trackers
- Maintenance of business systems to respective MTC requirements

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Experience in construction materials testing (preferred)
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills
- Understanding of Australian Standards, Test Methods, NATA Standards (highly regarded)
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Experience using LMS database systems
