Key Responsibilities
Manage head contracts and subcontract agreements from award through to close-out Prepare and track variations, procurement schedules, progress claims, and compliance documentation Monitor budgets, cost control, and monthly forecasting Work closely with PMs and site teams to keep projects on track Maintain accurate contract and financial records across multiple projects About You 2+ years' experience in Contracts Administration or Project Coordination on commercial builds Solid knowledge of procurement, compliance, and financial processes Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Perth-based with full Australian working rights What's on Offer Salary $105 K–$110 K + Super (negotiable on experience) Secure, full-time office-based role south of the river Diverse portfolio across education, retail, and government sectors Supportive culture with strong systems and leadership mentoring Long-term career prospects with a trusted mid-tier WA builder �� Send your CV to *********@tenrecruit.com.au or call Lee Plant on 0401 866 *** / (08) 6118 22***for a confidential discussion.
