**Primary purpose of the role**
As a key member of the PMO, the Program Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of the delivery PMO team, with a specific focus on reporting and governance including weekly project status reporting, RAID management and general coordination tasks.

Leveraging previous project management and coordination experience, the role will work closely with all Program stakeholders (including delivery team, vendor/s, and PMO) to ensure all risks, issues, actions, and decisions are documented and reported appropriately.

**Key accountabilities**
- Coordination of updates across Program Registers as per the Governance Model and Terms of Reference.
- Management of the Program Risk, Issues, Decisions, and Actions Registers, and their ongoing reporting requirements.
- Quality review of Weekly Project Status Reports prepared by Project Leads including assurance of formatting, content, and readability.
- Manage the secretariat function for the Program for internal Program Update forums including governance, agenda setting, minute taking, and coordinating and reporting on required actions to ensure effective governance and delivery of agreed commitments.
- Identifies and logs key Program decisions in Decision Register.
- Ad-hoc general administration including maintaining the PMO shared mailbox, preparing meeting minutes, supporting workshops and project delivery phases e.g. UAT.
- Supports the Reporting & Governance Manager and PMO Director as required.

**Key knowledge & experience**
- Highly organised with strong coordination skills to see tasks through to completion
- Intermediate to Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience setting up and/or maintaining SharePoint site/s
- Proficient in TRIM
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
- Prior program coordination experience in a complex multi-stream IT project delivery environment
- End-to-end (full lifecycle) project delivery experience will be highly regarded
- Experience of SAP implementation projects will be highly advantageous
