**About the Client**:
A Not For Profit Member Association, supporting Public Schools within NSW. They are committed to a free public education system for all, regardless of gender, race, or culture.

**About the Role**:
As the Program Coordinator, you will be directly supporting the Stakeholder Engagement Manager. This is a multifaceted fast-paced role within a small, close-knit, supportive team.

This role would suit someone with a Team Assistant or Project/Office Management background that enjoys a varied role

**About the Person**:
**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Directly supporting the Stakeholder Engagement Manager
- Support with general administrative tasks and report writing
- Scheduling, attending meetings, and taking minutes
- Assist with the preparation of documentations, writing survey notes and evaluations
- CRM database management using IMIS and organisational tools such a Monday/Trello
- Ability to work independently as a member of a small team

**To be successful you will have**:

- The ability to commence in this role week starting January 16th and hit the ground running, no notice periods please
- Demonstrated experience in a similar related role
- Demonstrated experience using CRM systems
- Confidence and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A can-do attitude, high-level of initiative & team player
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels and externally
