Program Coordinator required for Infrastructure projects for 12 months in State Gov agency. WFH Hybrid role.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced program coordinator to join a government agency based in St. Leonards, working on Infrastructure projects. This role will be for 12 months, with the potential for extension.

**Your new role**

***:

- You will prepare project plans, documentation and maintain the master schedule (such as integrating, updating requirements, tracking delivery dates, lags, barriers)
- Coordinate and maintain all records such as filing systems, meeting minutes, actions, logs (including risks and issues), registers etc.
- Provide a professional level of project communication and administration activities, such as scheduling, organising meetings and other administrative tasks
- Prepare high level briefs, project status reports, correspondence and presentations

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Government experience or large enterprise environments is preferable
- Detailed understanding of project methods and tools
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Digital/IT projects in the Healthcare sector is highly advantageous
