Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a medical receptionist to add to our beautiful team We are a private clinic that provides high quality care to our patients. Our team is caring, supportive and amazing to work with. We love to have fun at work but at the same time we are dedicated in providing professional and personalised care and assistance to our patients. We are a family orientated team. About Role: Providing support to 5-6 GP, Allied Health (Podiatrist, Dietitian, Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Physiotherapist), Pathology onsite, Practice Nurses and patients. Daily operational tasks to keep the clinic running Casual part time role (First 6 months, then permanent part time after probation, 15-20 hours per week. Prior medical reception experience is required. Answering telephone calls, manage multiple calls, schedule appointments and take enquiries. Processing payments and billings. Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a fully computerised environment (we currently use remote access, Best Practice, Outlook and MS Office). Career advancement to management is available.
